All our products and services are highly configurable from one easy to use online portal. You can toggle services on or off and set parameters to each of the services that we supply.
There are many industry sectors that IDA is suitable for including temporary workers, home workers and companies that want to take advantage of Call Recording, Fraud Alerts and much more.
Having the benefits of Real Time CDRs means that we are able to provide Fraud Alerts and other useful features plus we are able to issue a monthly invoice on the 1st of the month, so we are able to pay our partners on or around the 15th of the month.
Having the ability to provision a service via a user portal is not only more efficient for our partners, but also reduces the chance of human error as less people are involved in the provisioning chain.
Plustel offer an "Indirect Access" connection to their networks. By simply dialling a four-digit prefix immediately before the number you want to dial, you can have your call directed over the most cost-efficient route so that you save the maximum amount of money. Normally this prefix is dialled for you using a simple plug-in "dialler", or by reprogramming your PBX if you have one. In both cases this service is usually provided free by the operator.
The benefits of this system are clear. Continuing competition between the alternative operators ensures that call charges to the business user are kept as low as possible. You are able to choose between network operators, and if you have a PBX you can decide which calls are routed over which network. With Indirect Access you receive a bill for your calls from the telecoms operator you have chosen, and a bill for line rental from your existing operator.
Indirect Access gives businesses fantastic options for routing all of their telephone calls, particularly in order to save money on their telecommunications. Indirect Access is simple to use and very easy to implement for businesses of all sizes.
It is essential to have a choice of suppliers so that you are always able to source the best prices, and this is particularly true in the telecommunications industry where prices can fluctuate considerably between providers every month for landline and mobile calls. Therefore, having a choice of telecommunications providers can offer significant cost savings for any business, but it is having the power to choose which calls to send to each provider that is an extremely valuable commodity.
In summary, IDA will provide significant cost reduction in your telephone bills - it's no hassle as you can retain your existing telecoms operator, and you'll have a choice of which telephone calls you route over the other network (for example national, international or all calls).
