Plustel offers 24/7 in-depth fault reporting to all our partners via our portal services, although many issues can be diagnosed and remedied with a little knowledge (which may already be available to you in our support centre).

Follow the link on this page to access our secure portal, and upon logging in you may access the Plustel support centre by clicking the 'Support' option in the navigation menu. If you've exhausted all your options and had no luck, raise a ticket and we'll do what we can to resolve the problem.
